3. Orders and Billing

GLPique accepts one-time purchases and subscription orders. Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis according to the frequency you select at checkout.

• All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle if subscribed
• Prices may be updated with 30 days' advance notice for subscription customers

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery
• We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases
• Products must be returned in their original packaging for a refund
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product
• Cancellation does not affect any shipments already in transit
